This Privacy Policy explains how Festaapps ("we", "us") handles information across festaapps.com and the games we publish on its subdomains, including Ranking King and City Sky Intercepts (together, "our Games").

Information we collect

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not request personal information such as your real name, postal address, or phone number in order to play.

• Single-player games (for example City Sky Intercepts) store your progress — such as the mission you have reached and your in-game currency — locally on your own device using your browser's localStorage. This never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us.
• Multiplayer party games (for example Ranking King) need to send limited gameplay data to our servers so other players in your room can see it. This is typically a display name or nickname that you choose, plus your in-game actions such as votes and rankings. Choose a nickname that does not reveal personal information if you prefer to stay anonymous. This game-session data is transient and tied to the room you are playing in.
• Like most websites, our hosting providers automatically process basic technical information such as IP address and browser type in order to deliver the site securely.

Cookies and advertising

Some of our Games may be supported by advertising delivered through Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

Our Games are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
